Hey everyone, sorry I'm a few days late getting this started, I was having fun in stateline (an hour from Vegas) for the last few days. Hey did you guys know this is my one year anniversary of my surgery?? At this exact time last year I was having loads of fun getting off the tube!! :p:p
I am so-- glad to be here, strong and healthy again!
I rode about 25 miles this week and walked about 5 miles.
How did everyone else do??
Still looking for a friend to ride with in 3 weeks.
It's warm out here :):)
Take care Debbie :)

12 miles for me....our anniversaries are one year and one day apart! It's almost we're connected!:)

I'm new here but have about 34 years experience jogging or walking. ;)

The past week I walked 21 miles. I try to walk daily, takes me about 48 to 50 minutes. I haven't walked today but will later.

If it's raining or lighting I use the treadmill but MUCH rather be outside.

In the summer I start walking early. Last summer I took this picture as I was starting.

Congratulations on the one year Debbie. I remember my first year after surgery, a time to remember.
Here's my mileage:
biking 33.5 miles
swimming 1.8 miles

Like I said before, I row on a machine and use my bike on a trainer and get nowhere fast but they must be worth something. So here's my time for those. I was really slack on both this past week.
rowing 50 minutes
