Hello Everyone,
It's Liz Gurevitch...I posted on the pre-surgery discussion last week, the day before my AVR (July 8). I'm still in the hospital (6 days post op) but am feeling better and stronger each day. The only reason they have not let me go home yet is because I have a lot fluid retention and some of that fluid is in my lungs. From what they tell me that is somewhat normal. Everything else I am going thru, is also, from what they tell me, somewhat normal. I hasn't been easy but I do know that I'm improving every day and the worst is over. Thanks again for all your words of encouragement and helpful information.
