I've never had a Coaguchek machine and I have the INRatio, so I think I'd go with the INRatio 2, since it's supposedly even smaller than the INRatio and I would assume is still a breeze to test on.

Didn't find info for the INRatio2 yet..
 
I know the Coaguchek is made in Germany....and I think the INRatio is also.
HemoSense was bought by Inverness Medical Innovations in 2007 and there is a German flag at the bottom of the website.
You should do very well with either one. :)
