I CAN"T remember..........

I am not a drinker but yesterday was different. I had a couple of kegs of beer yesterday at a graduation party.:biggrin2: I woke up this morning still fully clothed but can't remember if I took my coumadin last night. I am currently taking 6mg. Should I increase my dosage tonight and test this week just to be safe? or just leave it alone.

This would freak me out! For the most part I'm sure its no big deal. I had some dental work last Wednesday and I'm taking antibiotics 3 times a day for a week. Yesterday I don't know if I took my afternoon dose antibiotics or not, I can't remember. That alone concerned me. Pill box sounds like the way to go, so if you wake up in the morning next time and can't figure out if you took yesterdays dose you would know for sure :thumbup:

I second "get yourself a pill box". That will remove one of the BIGGEST problems in dealing with ACT. I think I would take a "just in case dose" of 1/2 tab and recheck INR is 5-7 days.

No, I would take one 1/2 dose(3mg) along with my normal dose of 6mg and then go back to the normal dose of 6mg and check in about a week or so.
