I found a great app. It's called "Lose It". It's a free app in the iTunes App Store.

It helps you set goals, keep track of food and exercise, stores your information so you don't have to reinvent the wheel each day (if you're like me and have the same breakfast.)

It keeps track of nutritional information, so if you're a Zone dieter, low carber, low sodium, or low fat or cholesterol - it's easy to see your counts.

I've tried other similar apps - this is by far the best - and it's free!
