I'm using this topical lotion to treat some pre-cancers on my torso. It's been 2 weeks since I've started and have noticed some major skin effects. Has anyone used this before? Did it effect the INR?

I've never used it. I don't know about how, or if, it has any impact your INR. You can probably look this up online, and as far as INR - if you have a meter, you can test your INR. If not, the doctor who prescribed it or the pharmacy that filled it should know if there's any effect on your INR.
