Does anyone have any information if MEDI-CAL from cal. covers a home monitoring machi

I am on medi-cal not medicare. from the state of so cal/ I want to know if anyone has any information or may have a number that I could call , or do I talk to my dr first, I need one , my car breaks down can't get to the drs , they dont even have a machine they have to draw blood each time then if its too high or too low they call the patient they dont even tell them what the INR is they have a terrible system. my body is very sensitive to coumadin I take 3 mlgs each day 7 days aweek hope to hear from someone thank you Chris

I'm kind of doubting they might pay for a home unit with all the recent huge state budget cuts in Medi-Cal, but hopefully, I could be wrong, so certainly give it a try. I hope it works out. Let us know.
