I have had major depressive disorder, probably since age 26..I am now 58....Despite decades of counseling, medications etc etc nothing has helped and it's gotten worse over time.
I dread the day I get the valve surgery as it appears post op depression is a major concern
Is the post op depression really this severe and widespread ?
