ct angio and echo

I picked up copies(discs) of my ct angio and my echo today and I took a few pictures of some readings on my echo and was wondering if any armchair cardiologists would give me their thoughts?

This is probably best left to an expert -- but having these materials will probably make it easy to take it to other cardiologists for second, third or ??? opinions.

Thanks, ya I'm not looking for any expert advice , already has my surgery, just some thoughts from someone who knows more than I do. I have a follow up appointment with my surgeons nurse practitioner Monday but was feeling a bit impatient.
