Mine came right at $100,000 USD, the tissue valve being billed at about $11,000. That was hospital, all docs, etc. I was surprised that BC/BS AL paid the total amount of that. I was expecting them to do like they usually do and pay a reduced amount, but they did not. I have all my itemized bills and such that I kept. I had to pay $100 out of pocket for everything, my copay. Insurance paid everything else.
If you have a known medical condition I cannot recommend enough for you to keep insurance coverage. If you don't and have a lapse of greater than 30 days, (I think) then private insurers can deny you based on a pre-existing condition and group coverages can impose a 9-12 month waiting period with all costs related to that condition 100% your responsibility.
