Comprehensive list of foods and their Vitamin K content?

K2 seems to be ok with warfarin.
The reality is that unless you start juicing spinach and eating 1kg of it in a sitting the idea of counting vitamin K is a bit of a hang over from the idea that diabetics need to be careful with sugars.

Dose the diet, don't attempt to micro manage the K to match the dose.

How do you dose the diet? Test weekly, observe, make small adjustments if needed.

I'm still yet to see anyone show me their months of weekly INR measurements clearly demonstrating a strong linkage with vitamin K foods.

Meanwhile I have posted regularly years of just that.
 
@Brinntache some of my years of measurement and recording. This represents only the weekly measurements, not the specific intra-weekly measurements associated with documenting and exploring a specific topic (eg).

I'm yet to see any firm correlation between vitamin K in foods and my INR ... yes I see occasional ones, but they are apparently not repeatable (I've tried). Beware accepting small subsets of data for evidence, for you will find spurious correlations

So now I just measure, calculate and act.
