The reality is that unless you start juicing spinach and eating 1kg of it in a sitting the idea of counting vitamin K is a bit of a hang over from the idea that diabetics need to be careful with sugars.K2 seems to be ok with warfarin.
Dose the diet, don't attempt to micro manage the K to match the dose.
How do you dose the diet? Test weekly, observe, make small adjustments if needed.
I'm still yet to see anyone show me their months of weekly INR measurements clearly demonstrating a strong linkage with vitamin K foods.
