Any idea why somebody would get tricuspid aortic stenosis in their 40s or 50s? I'm 59 and I'm at the point where I need to get surgery it seems like I'm about 20 or 30 years of head of where most people get it. The only thing I can think of in my case is elevated levels of lipoprotein a or a couple of years of untreated blood pressure. We do have a family history of heart disease but nobody ever had aortic stenosis in my family. Also had mitral valve issues. I can't think of anything else
