Frappe is an iced-coffee drink that's so popular in Greece, it's almost the national drink. It's very easy to make, no special equipment needed, and no cream is needed to get the frothy foam. You can make it with any kind of milk, sugar or artificial sweetener, or just plain, and it doesn't do the damage that most coffee drinks, which are more like liquefied candy bars, do.

What You Need:
Here's How:
In shaker or jar, add 1 tsp NESCAFE, sugar to taste, and 1/2 cup cold water
Close tightly and shake for 15 - 30 seconds, until mixture appears to be all foam.
Pour into a water glass, add a couple ice cubes, milk to taste, and more cold water
Serve with a straw
Tips
It must be NESCAFE or it won't work.
Shaking is what produces the foam.
You can also use a battery-operated drink mixer.
I usually make it in a plastic glass and use 1 beater on my hand mixer to make foam.
