Just read this study from 2019, which shows that continuously taking beta blockers helps prevent structural valve deterioration, vs not taking them, for those with bioprosthetic mitral valves. Has anyone seen any similar studies for bioprosthetic aortic valve replacements, TAVRs, etc?

I always suspected this might be the case, nice to show some evidence for it. Personally, I take Bystolic/Nebivolol, which has been really great.

I was supposed to take them BEFORE surgery but got off them--did you find anything new ? Thanks Neo !
