Back From ER

Well Im back from a trip to the ER.
After many attempts to get into see a cardio with the skipped beats with no luck I went to the ER.
All blood work was good. BP good. Osat Good. Tri-G,Good. ECG was good.
OF course it didnt miss while they were taking the ECG.
So I called the wife to tell her I was coming home and she said the the Cardio called and ordered a moniter for 24 hours to see what was up. He said if it was a extra beat they wouldnt do anything no meds at all.He seemed like it was no big deal. I think its just stress causing it.

My heart rhythm is my first clue that I'm under stress. It used to start a vicious cycle, because then I'd become more stressed over the skipped beats and general arrhythmia. I'm finally at a point now where it doesn't scare me and I can ferret out the true cause of the stress.

I think your right about that it scares you then you worry and that just compounds the case. Its also getting around Christmas and thats enought to stress anyone.
