The BAV is characterized by significant percentage of developing stenosis early in life. It is known, that valvular sclerosis is part of the process to calcification and "stenosing". In half of the cases of aortic valve stenosi, there is associative CAD, but t is known, that there is a tendency for the BAV's for not suffering of CAD.
Do you think, that the processes of valvular sclerosi in BAV is diferent, compared to those happening in degenartive tricuspid aortic valves?
