A slight crisis of confidence

Thanks so much Pete. I've spent many, many hours in the past month obsessively reading about the technical aspects of my condition. Although important, it hasn't been comforting. If I survive this, I want to know what kind of life I can expect on the other side. That's what I'm getting from this site.
