6 month check up complete

With most of the risk post op in the 1st 6 months I'm happy to report I'm past the six month mark and feeling good. Dr. check-up confirmed this week. Meds further trailed off with Warfarin gone bye-bye. Just my Crestor (15 + years), Bayer baby aspirin, Rabeprazole, Carvedilol (Coreg) and Sawacillin now. Run/walking 4-5 days a week and gym 3-4. Looking to pare 5kg of weight which was "recaptured" over the summer, but I was expecting a request for 10kg from my Dr. in Japan where < 4% are overweight and they tend to hug the lower end of the recommended BMI ranges.
