Just got through first year after AVR. Not an easy year but improving. Now starting to get light headed when getting up and getting headaches. Dr says probably migraine as every thing else seems ok. Any else have these problems. Feels more than a migraine

By one year, I was back to full form running 5k and 10k races again, only slower because of the drugs. I've never had migraines, but my daughter is prone to them and even though she's 100% healthy, when those headaches hit she can't function at any level. I'd say from watching her, I'd rather have the AVR than those.
