To refresh your memory I started on coumadin 8/5/09. On 8/5 and 8/6 I took 10 mg. On 8/7/09 I was at 1.1. Continued on 5 mg. On 8/11/09 I was 1.6. continued on 5mg. daily. Today I was at 1.7. Change of dosage to 7.5 twice a week and 5mg daily for the rest of the week. Does that sound right...
