Th Ok I am on study visa and for students in Ontario they don't issue Health card during studies .I will get the Health card when I will be on work permit.

Yeah i am aware of that. My cardio suggest me to change at most 15% of your dose a week so last week i am taking 21 mg and this week i am on 19mg.
