    Does anyone know a good surgeon for an aortic valve re-replacment in Venice Florida

    Dr. Kevin Accola at Florida Hospital in Orlando did my AVR. He is highly regarded, recommended and does 100’s a year. However I don’t know if he does reoperations, I would call, if he does I would highly recommend him.

    AVR in about two weeks. My surgeon didnt say that I should stop taking the aspirin... A freind in the medical business was surprised he didnt. I plan on calling the surgeon to see if maybe he forgot to say anything. Did any of your doctors tell you to stop few weeks prior to AVR?
