Man I feel great! I am 63 and I am in the best shape in 30 years. It’s a miracle to me and I am so blessed to be here. I am running 2.5 miles 4 or 5 times a week. Had to invest in some good nikes and I am wearing them out. Haven’t seen my buddy (cardiologist) in 5 months. Will be curious to see what he says. For you new folks, keep working the walking. glad to be here.
 
Congrats Critter. It’s great to hear you are enjoying life and feeling great. I am a few weeks behind you and recently told a friend who asked how I was feeling that it’s hard to believe you can feel this good with a mechanical valve and a pacemaker. Fingers crossed it continues for you and the rest of us on the board.
 
Great to hear that Critter. I reached my 6 month point two weeks ago and am right there with you. Feeling great (other than a recent COVID setback), exercising at preop levels, and feeling grateful for my health everyday.
