Heart murmur and palpitations lead to diagnosis of leaking mitral valve and thickened septum. Open heart Surgery to replace mitral valve with mechanical valve and a Myectomy to thin septum were done in March 2021.
Feeling good but vulnerable and dislike monthly monitoring INR required because must take warfarin.
