29yrs - valve choice and aortic aneurysm ( difficult decision due to way of life )

I just underwent my 2nd valve replacement and chose the On-X mechanical. I also live a very active lifestyle. I shoe horses. A farrier!!!! Just a brief history, in 2000 I had the ross Procedure at CCF performed by Dr. Gustov Petterssen. This was done due to severe insufficiency of the aortic valve...

And again yes, the aortic will be...

Ross redo after 15 years and options

I am facing having my RP redone and am leaning towards the Reverse Ross with the On-X with conduit in the aortic position. What are you all's thoughts?? By the way, same surgeon and cardio as original; surgery 15 years ago, in Cleveland Clinic.

    Once again, facing the mountain

As far as what my plan is with the current valves....we have discussed the reverse ross and installing an OnX mechanical in the aortic position. I don't want to hear in five years that the valves are needing attention....trying to limit the chances of another surgery
