I had occasional migraines starting in my 20s. After my aortic valve replacement at 72 they have become more frequent with just the aura and visual disturbances.

I think we should check into this matter. The valves are foreign objects to our bodies and there is always a possibility of some type of side effect. It sounds like the possibility is low, but still should be taken into consideration.

They aren't sure but I did have pneumonia and sepsis in Jan.

02 level with no 02 runs 86 to 91. Surgeon sent me home on the 02. I'll see him on the 15th. Today it's better as I'm doing deep breathing exercises as it gets to 90. Thank you.

I'm planning to get a second opinion for aortic valve replacement and looking for recommendations for a cardiologist at Shands in Gainesville. Dr. Beavers has been recommended for surgery. I'd appreciate anyone's experiences there and physician recommendations.
