Diagnosed BAV with Severe Aortic Regurgitation in November 2013 at age 50. Asymptomatic. Surgical plan was for replacement with mechanical valve; however, surgical team determined repair was feasible during op. Post surgery echos show Moderate to Severe regurgitation.
