Palpitations for many years, initially diagnosed with Mitral Valve no leak then years later discovered Aortic regurgitation worsening over the last few years on Echo and MRI, whooshing feeling of the AI in my upper chest.
I am an avid inline skater. I put on ~50 miles a week (give or take). My doctor said that my skating may have protected me so far. When I can't inline I walk.
