Have never tried the chocolate! What a great excuse to enjoy the treat! My came on very heavy after open heart 14 years ago. Oddly, they happen when my INR is low, but not always. They last 22 minutes. If I know it is coming, I will take a break from driving. Otherwise, just one of those...

Thank you all! Our daughter is getting married this weekend! It will look a lot different from what they starting planning in November 2019! Crazy COVID times! Luckily, life goes on!

Celebrating my 14 valve-aversary today! St. Jude's Mechanical Mitral valve, count my blessing everyday! I was there to see our daughter and son graduate from high school, daughter from college and just yesterday, our son graduated from college! (the cap and gown graduation will occur ???)...

Congratulations, Dick! You are an inspiration for all of us!! I am coming up on my 14th, St. Jude's Mechanical.

I was given the gift of a St. Jude's Mechanical Mitral Valve about this time of day nine years ago. It has helped me to still walk, camp, hike and kayak. Life is good. Celebrated my 50th this year, so very thankful.

Hello all, Celebrating seven years since Mitral Valve Replacement, St. Jude's Mechanical. Damage was caused by radiation in 1990 and chemo (Hodgkin's Lymphoma) in 1991-1992 to valve. Life is so good, did first half marathon two years ago, and still biking and kayaking. Jane V
