I have had 2 OHS and started having PVC’s after the 2nd one. The electrophysiologist had me wear a heart monitor 2 weeks.,He had me start 500 mg of magnesium and stop any caffeine. They are much better now!

Don’t worry about the breathing tube- they keep you medicated so when I did wake up I really wasn’t at all stressed. They woke me up to take it out and it was no big deal. You will be fine!

Thank you all for replying. I am also having my tricuspid valve repaired which is what why the surgeon wants to replace my 10 year old tissue valve so I don’t end up with another heart surgery in 3-5 years. So many tough decisions.
Saw the surgeon and he says he will repair the tricuspid valve and replace aortic valve as I have had it 10 years . He doesn’t want me to have to go through another surgery in 5 years. Just asking who has a tricuspid repair and has it lasted. Thanks
