Let's set some goals! A throwdown!

I gave up on trying to loose weight. A month later, I got down to 185, a goal I had for over a year. I just self-published my book that my daughter asked me to write. Now, I want to write a novel that I want to write. I'll check back in a year and let you now how its going.

    Staying the Course -- March 23, 2020

This is an humorous update to my earlier post about my heart symptoms. It took a number of days to get my test results to my cardiologist, and he said I should have a catheterization test. I had it done at Shadyside hospital in the Pittsburgh area. My kids were anxious about what was going...

COVID-19 - How are you spending your time?

With our pottery studio closed, I can finally do some Shino glaze gas firing experiments that I always wanted to do. These pictures are the prep work. I’m doing the firing today - 10 hour process.

    Doxy and Blood Pressure

My wife had a BP spike due to medication. Her case was a cortisone shot. I would think you have correctly identified the cause.

Hi, my Valve Replacement friends. It's been a while since I stopped by. It's nice to get caught up with everyone. I find the discussion of which valve we have interesting, not so much as to the specific valves, but rather the knowledge we have before surgery versus after surgery. For...

High Heart Rate - Then Normal

@rich01 - If your data is accurate and the variation does not match anything you are doing physically, then you need to present this data to your doctor. You did share how you monitored this data nor what activity you were doing at times of change. In the past, I monitored my BP and heart...
