Heart murmur detected in 1970. Mild aortic insufficiency in 1986. Moderate aortic & mild mitral valve insufficiecy and stenosis in '92, which became severe with severe calcification in both valves in 2002. Increased fatigue and decreased quality of life in the last 3 years before surgery In 2008.
