only thing i can say but would imagine this should already of been advised by your cardio ,make sure you get antibiotic cover for dental work involving the gum line , think the rest is difficut to say as i understand its flu like sysmptoms if in doubt check it out , would rather be wrong than...

thats what i was told anything around the gum line is the problem even brushing teeth can cause a problem , when i said to this dentist i want antibiotic cover he looked and responded like i was asking him to give me illegal drugs ....im really pi**ed off with it , they would put me at risk...
