I've been thinking about taking some supplements - and, to be safe, will probably take one at a time, then frequently test for changes in my INR.
If any of you have already tried one of more on the list, and have some experience with them, you can save me some time by sharing your experiences.
I'm interested in:

DAA - D Aspartic Acid
d-Ribose
Long Jack Extract

and probably others not yet named...

Thanks

My cardio wants me to check with him before I take any supplements.

If you truly have a low-T problem, there is a diagnostic quiz and blood work they can do to determine if supplemental testosterone is needed. If it is, the prescription is covered by insurance these days.

Assuming you got insurance and live in the 1st world ! )))))) SOme of is living in da 3rd world mon)
Protimenow lives in the California. You choose to have no insurance and live in Thailand which some would not consider the "Third World." However you've indicated that you are wealthy and thus are self-insured.

It's 3rd world...And I am far from rich....I want to have insurance here but pre existing conditions are not covered for private insurance in most non Western countries..Correct I could live in the USA choose not too..for now...."The term Third World was originally coined in times of the Cold War to distinguish those nations that are neither aligned with the West (NATO) nor with the East, the Communist bloc. Today the term is often used to describe the developing countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Australia/Oceania"

I am aware he lives in California. I am not self insured. I have insurance but it does not cover pre existing conditions of which anything valve related is NOT covered..So anything valve related I would have to 100% fund myself...The rich thing was a subjective statement on my part; there's technically no objective measurement to quantify whether one is considred "wealthy" or "rich" that I am aware of. I wish I could strike my having said that from a prior post but the editing window is only 24 hours after posting.
