I take K2 - frequently, but not daily. I'm not entirely sure that I'm seeing much benefit.

In reading ScribeWithALancet's post, I wonder how effectively the supplement makers can separate K1 from K2. Perhaps they don't realize that K1 is something that people who take Warfarin are careful to avoid, if possible, and don't really care that their 'K2' supplements also contain some K1. It would be interesting so record INR variations based on different brands of K2 - just to see if there's some K1 sneaking in there.

Of course, this kind of 'research' would be entirely anecdotal, and there would be other variables at play (diet, infections, maybe the phase of the moon), but it WOULD be interesting to see such anecdotal evidence.
