Hi vr just now got home it was a long twelve hour day it all went very well. There were no blockages Im really sore from the heart cath but have no memory of the tee. I meet with my surgen on 3-10-09 for a surgery date. will talk tommrow I dont feel well at all.

So sorry to hear you aren't feeling well from the tests. Good news no blockages.

Robert, that's good news that they didn't find any blocks. I'm just now able to walk without any limp after getting my cath last Friday, although it was never that sore. I found it helpful to avoid sleeping on the side (right) where they put in the caths, or to at least put a pillow between my legs. Just take it easy going up stairs for the first couple days.

You'll probably have a sore throat for a few days, otherwise the TEE has no real lingering affects. I get my second one on Tuesday, and I hope like you I don't remember any of it.
 
Glad it's over and done with. I use to feel ill from the after effects of the drugs used to sedate during the procedure.
