Hi, Smiley! My surgeon and my cardio are the greatest human beings. My surgeon's eyes are SO blue, and he comes in with those blue scrubs on, you're just awash in his good will and blue eyes and his TLC-bedside manner. It's hardly fair when you're lying there with your unwashed hair and feeling gritty. :D

I just did a stint in ICU for the clot/"vegetation" in the ventricle, too! I'd never been there except in the cardiac ICU after last year's surgery. It's a different world, isn't it? I'm so very glad you went when you did. The unasked question is always, where the heck was that thing going to go if it busted loose and thank God it didn't, here we are!

Grateful you are on the mend. All my best. I don't know if my doctor knows what a wonderful teddy bear he is, but what a marvelous difference it makes to know they hear us and have that concern. :)

so glad to see that you reached the New Year. sometimes we need new light on the subject. I got one, too and he seems to be helping with what ails me. Congratulations on your success and glad to see you.

Happy New Year to you too Smiley & I hope that 2009 will be a wonderful year for you & you continue to do well! And I'm glad you found Dr. Hunky ;)--- having a good doctor makes all the difference in the world!

Take care of yourself! :)

ooohh I wish I had a really cute doc. Happy New Year and best wishes for healthy 2009 and onwards.
