Hello All, Well, I went for my blood test for INR and when I told the nurse what had happened on Friday, and how I am feeling with this ''pain'' in my ab. she insisted that I wait and see the doctor. So I waited and saw a doc who was filling in for my gp, as she is on holidays.
I told him what happened Friday and he said he ''hadnt a clue'' what that could be, and I shouldnt worry about it. I said that my INR was at 1.9 whan my range is 2.5 / 3.5 but he totally dismissed this and said, so long as its ''about 2.00 its fine....and then said, ''doctors differ and patients die'', as if to say ''they are all wrong and I am right''. He said I probably had an anxiety attack, (and believe me I know for sure it was not anxiety)
Anwyay, Im feeling better today, but on Saturday, Sunday and Monday I felt quite ''weird''. My memory was very bad and I was clumsy and found simple things difficult. I even went to the shops with a new jumper on WITH THE TAG STILL ON AND HANGING DOWN MY BACK. Sarah saw it later in the day...that is soooo not like me. I just didnt feel 'right'.
*Concerning the pain in my ab.the doctor also examined my ab and said he felt ''something'' there and is referring me for a BARIUM FOLLOW THROUGH X-RAY to see what is it he felt in my small intestine. The pain when he touched the area just left of my navel was like a knife sticking in me. The weird thing is that the pain goes all the way up and under my ribs just left of centre and is worse when I move around, even gently walking makes it worse and my SOB worsens.
I will probably have to wait for at least 8 weeks for the test. The pain has been so bad and relentless these last few weeks that Im now worried its something nasty. It might explain why I honestly feel like I am slowly dying. I know that sounds very dramatic but I feel soo unwell.
*THANK YOU ALL* for your replies to my original post...and I apologise for not replying before now.
But.........*Im not giving up and Im not giving in*
