I got this link from a friend. I had read about an incredible surfing exploit in the New York Times. I think this is a clip from some guys who went 100 miles out into the Pacific to a place where an underwater mountain range (in places), comes to within a few feet of the surface. They had read buoys and knew there were going to be monster waves from a large storm. (The same storm that dumped all the snow on the Sierra Nevada mountains---like 10 feet in some places). The guy is being towed into position to surf the wave by a 140 hp jet ski. I think you will notice he is being very careful not to wipe out. Turn up the sound to get an idea of the speed of this wave. Give it a minute to load. You shouldn't have to click anything.
