He's back! You can order the cereal on line. Not available in stores.

cereal online? Ebay? Used or new?

I don't remember this one - course I don't eat much boxed cereal anyhow. I buy it, have one serving, let it sit on the shelf. Want mine?

Grits 'n eggs for me.

I remember him.....Boy Am I OLD...LOL

As a child born in the 60's and raised in the 70's, I sure do remember this cereal...and fighting with my brother over the "prize" LOL:D :D :D Harrybaby:D

Ross, you are such an incredible source of knowledge!!
Are you gonna order the one dollar watch for 25 bucks?
No but I am going to order 3 boxes. I loved that cereal as a kid. Not a whole lot different from Cap N Crunch, but still. Nostalgia.

Too much time on ones hands, ay Ross? :p :D
Nah, I've been watching the foodnetwork and practicing my culinary skills getting ready to take Bobby Flay on in a throw down, and they had a segment on history of cereal. They told about Quisp and Quaker Oats offering it on line only.

I loved Quisp and thought about orderring it when I saw it on the foodnetwork too. I used to like Quisp, sugar smaks, and cookie crisp (the little choc chip cookies). Did i ever mention I like sugar?
so what is your best food you make? They shot a couple of the Throw down segments around, here, Tony Luc's cheesesteak, which is Justin's fav cheesesteak in philly, so that says alot) and some guy that travels around the country enterring bar b ques contests, I think that one was ribs, but I can't remember,

I'm dying to try one of Tony Lucs cheesesteaks!!!!

I can't really make much of anything. Tyler Florence I am not. I try, but often with disasterous results.

Oh man, just to get 3 boxes would be $16.17 then another $6.71 for shipping. I'll have to rethink this now.

You know, we've shipped Hoagies to Cal. and tastycakes to a couple places, I'm going to have to think about how to ship cheesesteaks,

I wish, but don't think it'd be the same.

That's exactly what Justin said when I asked him. lol I said if we don't eat the whole one and put it in the fridge it's good the next day, not AS good as the first, but better than others when they are fresh. Well actually, I should have said "I" don't eat the whole cheesesteak (I almost said "whole thing", but didn't want to leave myself wide open for comments lol) since Don and Justin don't have leftovers.

The only thing that I have made that taste better the next day is homemade soup. The favor seems to "marry" better the second day.
