it appears to have worked, but I have found (using this as a test from my end) that I *must* accept a stupid file that is pushed up to my browser then wait for a minute or so before it reloads the page anyway ... or in this case did not reload and remained "working" ... speaking as a Web developer I wish to say how much I hate rubbish web development such as created this vBulletin sortware

Testing the ability to post. Chrome won't allow it anymore, after earlier this week. Trying IE11 now. God, I hate this browser.

Third try - Chrome and IE11 won't let me post. Not sure why I'm blocked and other people can participate. Last chance - Firefox.
