Try moving someone from a townhouse into a home.. Just returned home from moving my son into a new house.. 6 days..of packing boxes..from upstairs bedrooms ..down the steps..out the door and over to new house..and up 12 steps to bedrooms. Not to mention..packing up kitchen, living room and baths..and putting all that into new rooms. That will get your heart pumping good. Heavy furniture was moved by son and friends..but those steps.. Have nightgown on and going to bed.. Every muscle in my body aches. Bonnie

I know of what you speak Bonnie. We moved from a big house to a much smaller one June lst. I'm sure I gave away more than I needed to just so I had less to move. It is so much work! I hope I can stay here for a long time.
