Hope everyone is keeping cool. I just about had a problem last Thursday, luckily had water and walked slowly, no car, just buses to get around. It has been bad for most of the country and will continue for some time with a small cool down break. Just make sure you have water and walk slowly and stay in the shade. I had a harfd time when waiting for the bus, no shade from the sun. I was really careful and took my time getting around. I will check back next Saturday to keep up with everyone. Keep cool and drink plenty of water. Hugs for today.
