I guess Alere is covering all bases. With Hemosense you get the product. With QAS/Tapestry you get the customer base - including sales of competitor's products. Hmmm.... Clever move.
 
Yes. Originally QAS changed to Tapestry to get a better hold of customer service and keeping customers happy. Then there was a name change for Inverness to Alere. Because QAS and Tapestry were both owned by Inverness they've now been combined and changed to Alere home monitoring. I hope this helps in clarification. Hemosense will probably still be considered Hemosense but yes, it is owned by Alere (the mother company now). All the same people still exist in the same positions, just a name change.
