Hi,
Does anyone know of an organization that would accept a donation of a used Protime Monitor? I recently upgraded to a new piece of equipment and I would really hate to throw the old monitor out.
Thanks,
Rich

Rich:

Don't throw it out. You may find an individual who can use the monitor for self-testing -- you may also find a local free clinic or other organization that can use the monitor. (I received one a few years ago, used it for many months, and replaced it with a ProTime 3 and then an InRatio. I 'paid it forward' when I found someone who had a need for an INR monitor.) I hope someone on this forum can send you a private message if they need a monitor, or you get referrals to an organization that can use a ProTime monitor.

Thanks,
I'll check out the local groups (VA, charities, etc.) to see if they can steer me. Until then, if anyone knows of someone who might need it, please let me know.
Rich J.
