10 years

Hi all, it is hard to believe that 10 years have passed since my operation. the docs tell me everything is normal so that is good. I am doing better than ever imagined as I figured once they opened me up like humpty dumpty they wouldn't be able to put me back together again. . I am over 50 and go out for rides on my bicycle up to 100 (painful) miles. My thoughts are with all of you who are in recovery or waiting to go in for your operation, be positive, and be ready for some pain but it will pass!
