Hi everyone. Today finally I feel pretty good. The nausea, vomiting and diarrhea is gone for the most part, a little nausea occasionally. But I am surely much better. I overdid it on Sat. which was my birthday but rested Sunday and today I woke up feeling hopeful that this wk will be good.

I recently found out that my surgeon was trying to get my INR up slowly, my target range is 3.0. I have been at about 2.8 so getting there.

Thanks Nancy. I did think maybe it could be meds. But I am off all meds they put me on in the hospital, including any and all pain meds. That is a wonderful idea about the anti nausea meds. I will call them back! Thanks!

I guess I am a bit confused.. we have to have the wires removed? My surgeon said I would always have them.. is removing them an elective procedure?

i love when things are solved so quickly! i have my surgeons beeper #. called it, explained the situation, he said it is probably the metropolol. I have a problem with taking beta blockers anyway so, he said to break it into 4ths, not halves and give that a try. :)
