    Dropping Some Meds !!!

    About 6 months out now and went to the Cardio on Friday. She said the heart sounded great and EKG showed a normal rhythm (had a cardioversion in October for A-flutter).     Back to Work

    Anyone else have a hard time getting back to work ???? I was out about 6 weeks (AVR surgery was 7/27) and have been back for about 3 weeks. I am having a really hard time getting motivated to do anything and find my concentration level is very low. Just cannot focus and to be really honest...

    Football Season

    I was so excited yesterday - I am 8 weeks out from AVR surgery and I was able to go out and throw the football around with my 2 sons yesterday. I was a little nervous on the 1st couple of throws, but the chest felt great. Fall and football season - it does not get any better.......
