    Vitamin K1 definitely lowers INR in a dose-related manner. It's just a matter of degree. If it didn't, it would not be the go-to antidote to warfarin overdose. So why don't some people notice it? With small doses its effects are easily overwhelmed by confounding variables such as medications...
