Hubby is doing great !!! heart function is still at 35 to 40 % but doc says it should improve with increasing his dose of Carvedilol and his weight is finely coming back up . ALL is well . Everyone have a great day.

They took cultures right away and put him on an introvinus antibiotic for that night ad next morning then stopped it . He didnt have anymore fevers after that. The first echo was requested by surgeon but that was because of the fever issue .

UPDATE : My hubby had an echo done this morning. We are waiting to see the cardiologist for results , ( this is how they found the endocarditis the first time ) Ill let everyone know as soon as I can.
